The Chunky Burger is a fast food restaurant in PaRappa Town that PaRappa and his friends go to in Parappa the Rapper and Um Jammer Lammy.
A few bullies enter the restaurant and the leader tries to talk Sunny Funny into going out with him, but she refuses. That's when Joe Chin appears from a toilet and talks continuous nonsense, forcing PaRappa's friends to leave. Joe's arrival is what inspires Parappa to try to be a hero like him.
