Double dutch, inline skate or rock climbing, don't forget the rhythm, groove and keep rhyming!

Instructor Moosesha (ムーセイシャ教官, Mūseisha Kyōkan) (Mooselini in the original) is a moose drill sergeant. She debuted in PaRappa The Rapper 2 and is the Teacher of "Stage 4: Sista Moosesha".

When Parappa and PJ decide to join the army to fight off the Noodle Syndicate, she decides to train them into becoming true soldiers, by training them in several areas such as roller-skating, rope jumping and rock climbing. She mentions and quotes her sister Instructor Mooselini and adds that their entire family is made of instructors.

In the wait for their performance in "Stage 8: Always Love!" as dancers, she is shown to be having a chat with Chop Chop Master Onion.

During Sunny Funny performance in "Come a Long Way", she sits at a table talking with her superior General Potter but looks up from her conversation the moments she hears Sunny sing.

Personality & Habits

Moosesha is proud, casual and in-charge. Her training has her perform the physical tasks with her students, instead of giving commands and judging from the sideline, meaning she is more involved and close to whomever gets training from her. She knew Parappa from the start, as she is aware he was once trained by her sister, and assumes he remembers her sister's lesson. She suggests Parappa that they take a break, argue with each other who took the ropes with them, but eventually drop to care about it and asks Parappa to take a nice photo of her.

While most of her military colleagues seem to wear an assigned uniform, Moosesha gave hers a different touch by wearing a bright pink tutu with her ripped army jacket with bandoleer and combat boots. The fashion is her quirk, as the garments contrast the extremes of what the West associates with "femininity" and "masculinity". Her pink tights are left out in some of her artwork.

Her hair is tied in a tiny bun and, as her antlers are coming out of the very top, it suggests her head has a peculiar drop shape.

  • An identical quirk she shares in common with Mooselini is that if PaRappa raps himself into Cool Mode, Moosesha inexplicably flies away, watching PaRappa from above.
