Masaya Matsuura (松浦 雅也), born June 16, 1961, is a video game designer and musician based in Tokyo, Japan. Matsuura has been credited with co-creating the PaRappa The Rapper franchise and popularizing the modern rhythm-based music video game genre at his studio NanaOn-Sha.
